What does the session Involve?
We start off with establishing the foundation of any Meditation practice, the Breath. After establishing the Life Breathing technique, we move into connecting and being mindful of the Chakras (energy fields) within the body and use that technique to establish a feeling of gratitude, self love and decluttering of the mind.
After the Modern Yogi Mindfulness session , you will be able to:
