MY Mindfulness; Hypnotherapy; Meditation Packages
Commitment: Therapies such as Mindfulness, Hypnotherapy, Meditations and the 22 Days to Positivity, Abundance and Gratitude package all rely on commitment and motivation from both the therapist and the client to get the best results. While, each client is different and the therapist understands that “one size does not fit all” the 20 mins consultation will allow both Client and Therapist to set goals and determine the perfect fit to suit the lifestyle of the Client.
Part of the progress occurs in a online setting through Skype, FaceTime or an agreed Online communicative platform and part is achieved through cognitive reflection or homework. As the client, when you agree to undertake therapy sessions, you also agree to engage with the process, know what you want to get out of the sessions, complete any tasks or homework that you are given, and listen to any provided audio at appropriate times. While results will vary and there is no guarantee, it is through this commitment in partnership with the therapist that you will see and experience best results.
Therapy Sessions & Fees: Each standard hypnotherapy session lasts approximately 60 mins and current fees are as per website themodernyogi.co For face-to-face sessions, all fees are payable latest at end of each session. For online sessions via Skype, Zoom or FaceTime, or other sessions by telephone, payment must be made in advance, and this secures the booking.
You may also pay for multiple sessions in advance. For example, if there is to be fixed number of therapy sessions. Fees booked and paid for in advance will not be subject to any price increase. Equally, future discount offers cannot be applied to sessions already booked and/or paid for. Pricing may be subject to change from time to time, but any change in fees once you start to work with us will be agreed between us.
Cancellation: Our cancellation policy requires at least 36 hours notice of cancellation. This can be done via telephone, text or email.
Arriving Late to an Appointment: If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible. The therapist will do their best to make a full session available, but this often depends on appointments subsequent to your booking and so cannot be guaranteed. If your session needs to be curtailed due to your late arrival then the session fee remains payable in full. This applies equally to Face-to-Face and Webcam bookings.
Confidentiality: In order to ensure continued best practice, our therapist(s) receive(s) regular clinical supervision and on-going training. This may at times involve viewing your notes and discussing your case with the relevant qualified supervising person or body. During supervision it may be necessary to review your treatment, but any reference that could allow you to be identified is removed and each client is referenced by a number only.
Everything you say will be treated in the strictest confidence with the following exceptions:
